About KITFORGE
KITFORGE is a custom sportswear and apparel manufacturer and wholesale exporter based in Pakistan. The Site showcases our products and lets you request quotations.
Product information
Product images, codes and descriptions are provided as a guide. Colours, fabrics and finishes are made to order and may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. Final specifications are confirmed on your approved sample.
Quotations & orders
- Prices, minimum order quantities and lead times are provided individually by quotation and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
- Orders proceed once a quotation is accepted and any agreed sample is approved.
- Payment terms are agreed per order before production begins.
Intellectual property
The KITFORGE name, Site design and content are our property. Designs and artwork you supply remain yours; you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them solely to produce your order.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Order-specific terms are set out in the relevant quotation or agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
